Quick and Easy Hollandaise Sauce
- 2 servings
2 egg yolks
1/4 Lemon juice or to taste
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch Cayenne Pepper
1/4 cup butter. melted
Beat egg yolks, lemon juice, cayenne pepper and salt together in a microwave safe bowl. Slowly add in melted butter while whisking to combine.
Heat in microwave for 15-20 seconds and whisk.
