Orange & Manuka Honey Ham Glaze

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp orange juice (fresh or bottled)
- Pomegranate Add-Ons
- Mix 1–2 Tbsp pomegranate seeds into the glaze.
→ Adds colour, but the seeds stay whole, so the glaze will be a little chunky.
Method
With Dijon, Brown Sugar, Orange Juice & Pomegranate
- Score the ham in a shallow diamond pattern for a beautiful finish and better caramelisation.
- In a small bowl, mix Dijon mustard, brown sugar, orange juice until smooth, and pomegranate
- Brush half of the glaze over the ham.
- Bake at 160°C for 20–25 minutes.
- Brush with the remaining glaze in the last 5 minutes for a glossy, vibrant finish.
