Orange & Manuka Honey Ham Glaze

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp orange juice (fresh or bottled)
  • Pomegranate Add-Ons
  • Mix 1–2 Tbsp pomegranate seeds into the glaze.
    → Adds colour, but the seeds stay whole, so the glaze will be a little chunky.

Method

With Dijon, Brown Sugar, Orange Juice & Pomegranate

  1. Score the ham in a shallow diamond pattern for a beautiful finish and better caramelisation.
  2. In a small bowl, mix Dijon mustard, brown sugar, orange juice until smooth, and pomegranate
  3. Brush half of the glaze over the ham.
  4. Bake at 160°C for 20–25 minutes.
  5. Brush with the remaining glaze in the last 5 minutes for a glossy, vibrant finish.
