Ingredients
1x Farmland Cooked on Bone Third Ham

Cola Glaze
250g brown sugar
1 tbsp apricot jam
1/2 cup of cola
6 cardamom pods or 2 star anise

Bourbon BBQ Glaze
1 cup of Bourbon
100g brown sugar
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1/2 cup cider vinegar
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp runny honey
2 cups pineapple juice

Dijon & Pineapple Glaze
1 1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup pineapple juice
1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Cider & Orange glaze
1/4 cup orange marmalade
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 tbsp cider
Method
Cola Glaze
Place all ingredients into a small saucepan and place over a medium-low heat. cook, stirring occasionally until the sugar has dissolved. Cook until the glaze is syrupy.

Bourbon BBQ Glaze
Place Bourbon, sugar, BBQ sauce, vinegar and Worcestershire Sauce in a saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until the sugar has dissolved. Bring to the boil, then reduce to a simmer for 10-15 minutes or until glaze thickens.

Dijon & Pineapple Glaze
Place prepared ham in a large baking tray and pour pineapple juice in the base. Brush ham with glaze and cooking according to ham weight, glazing every 30 minutes.

Cider & Orange glaze
Place ingredients in a small saucepan and stir over medium heat until the sugar dissolves and the mixture comes to the boil. Simmer until slightly thickened.
