One Cup Pancakes


1 cup of self-raising flour

1 egg

1 cup of milk


Mix together and then add laddles of mixture to a hot greased pan, turn when bubbles appear on surface. Our top tip to creating the best golden pancakes is to melt butter into the hot pan and wipe out excess with a paper towel after each batch so you don't get that burnt butter residue. Makes 8-9 small pancakes. Load them up with fresh berries, cream, maple syrup and our Thin Sliced Streaky Bacon and enjoy!
