Ham & Cheese tortilla croissants

Ingredients

3 large tortillas

5 pieces sliced mozzarella cheese, cut in half

9 small slices Farmland leftover Xmas ham

1 egg, lightly beaten

2 tsp black sesame seeds

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C fan bake and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Trim the sides of the tortillas and cut each into 3 long triangles.
  3. Top with a slice of cheese and ham. Starting from the flat end of the triangle, roll the tortillas up into croissants and sit on the baking tray.
  4. Brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
