Ham & Cheese tortilla croissants

Ingredients
3 large tortillas
5 pieces sliced mozzarella cheese, cut in half
9 small slices Farmland leftover Xmas ham
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 tsp black sesame seeds
Method
- Preheat your oven to 180°C fan bake and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Trim the sides of the tortillas and cut each into 3 long triangles.
- Top with a slice of cheese and ham. Starting from the flat end of the triangle, roll the tortillas up into croissants and sit on the baking tray.
- Brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
