Ham and Cheese Herby Cob Loaf


·Farmland ham x2 100g – Maple flavored Ham

·1 cob loaf

·250g cream cheese

·150ml cream

·100g sour cream

·1.5 cups grated tasty cheese

·½ cup Superb Herb chives




Preheat oven to 180 degrees

Cut top off loaf, remove the bread inside set the top and bread aside. The bread inside will be used for dipping & top for the lid.

Chop the ham into small pieces.

Chop the chives

In a bowl mix together the cream cheese, cream, chives, sour cream, grated cheese, chopped ham and season with salt and pepper.

Spoon the mixture into the loaf.

Place onto a baking tray, lay the bread pieces and lid around the loaf on the same baking tray.

Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

Garnish with chopped chives
