Golden Marmalade Glazed Ham

Ingredients
1x Farmland Cooked on Bone Ham
1/2 Cup of brown sugar
1/2 Cup of Marmalade
1/2 Cup of Marnier liqueur or Cointreau
Method
Pre-heat the oven to 160°.
Mix all ingredients together.
Remove the skin from the ham, being careful to leave the layer of fat on.
Use a small sharp knife to score a diamond pattern the fat without cutting into the meat.
Place a clove in the centre of each diamond and place the ham onto a tray lined with baking paper.
Glaze the ham with a third of the glaze and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove the ham from the oven and paint another layer of the glaze over the ham.
Bake again for 20 minutes before painting the ham with the remaining glaze.
Return to the over for another 20 minutes.
Remove the ham and let the Ham sit until ready to serve.
