Golden Crispy Leftover Christmas Ham Wraps

Ingredients
Tortilla wraps
Mayonnaise
Mustard (Dijon or wholegrain works beautifully)
Leftover Christmas ham (sliced)
Grated cheese
Melted butter (for brushing)
Method
- Prep your wrap
Lay your tortilla flat and spread a thin layer of mayonnaise, followed by mustard. - Add the filling
Layer on your sliced leftover ham and top generously with grated cheese. - Fold it up
Fold the sides in and roll it up tightly—just like a burrito—so nothing escapes when it crisps. - Brush with butter
Lightly brush the outside of your wrap with melted butter for that golden, flaky finish. - Air fry to perfection
Place the wrap seam-side down in your air fryer.
Air fry at 180°C for 5–7 minutes, or until the wrap is golden, crispy, and the cheese is fully melted.

Slice in half and enjoy warm, melty, buttery goodness.
