Bacon-Wrapped Avocado Fries

Ingredients

2 NZ avocados*

1 packet Farmland thin sliced streaky bacon (250g), halved

Method

A keto-friendly party snack recipe. Bite into the crisp & tasty bacon into the new- sensation creamy avo goodness. Serve with the avocado mayo for even more ‘wow’ factor.

Preheat oven to 220°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  1. Peel and slice avocados into 8 -10 wedges. Wrap each wedge in bacon.
  2. Bake for approximately 12-15 minutes or until the bacon is cooked to your liking.
  3. Serve with avocado mayo or favourite dip.
Tip: Choose ripe but firm avocados for easier handling.
