Award-winning Christmas Ham

Ingredients

1x Farmland NZ Boneless Glazing Leg Ham

Handful whole cloves

Method

Using a small sharp knife, cut the ham fat layer into a criss-cross diamond pattern.

Place a whole clove in the centre of each diamond.

Open the glaze sachet (included) and brush liberally over the surface of the ham.

To serve cold, bake at 180° for 25-35 minutes brushing with the remaining glaze after the first 15 minutes. Cool, cover and store in the fridge until served.

To serve hot, bake at 160° for 1-1.5 hours, brushing regularly with the remaining glaze until all has been used.
