5 minute Thai Beef Salad

Ingredients

Thai Beef Salad (serves 1)

  • 40g Farmlands gluten-free smoked beef
  • 1 cup mixed lettuce leaves
  • 1/4 cup mung beans
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
  • 5 sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp chopped mint

Salad Dressing

  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp soy sauce (GF if needed)
  • 1/2 tsp sesame seed oil
  • 1/4 tsp garlic infused oil
  • 1/4 tsp crushed ginger

Method

Prep the salad ingredients. Whisk together the salad dressing in a small jar/bowl. Then toss through the salad. Enjoy!
